The increase in the number of people investing in laser teeth whitening has sparked an increase in the number of home teeth whitening kits. These kits range from whitening gel, home laser teeth whitening kits and crest whitestrips. All of which are simple and easy to use by yourself.
Individuals who purchase these types of health care supplies do so openly and are proud of their whitened teeth. However this is not true of all medical conditions as some have a social stigma. Embarrassing conditions such as incontinence can leave people feeling humiliated and helpless. Often people are so humiliated by this sort of condition that they rarely purchase incontinence products like incontinence pads from their supermarket. This is a shame because it is not a condition that only affects the elderly. Many sufferers of incontinence are women and this is often due to childbirth and muscles being strectched during the process.
It is a pity that people’s attitudes aren’t different, as it seems rather silly to be embarrassed about something that is a medical condition rather than an action that you can control.
