Actually as someone who has been in the skincare and beauty industry for many years I can tell you you may do more harm then good.Anti wrinkle products are designed for mature skins and if you use them too soon you can actually make your skin lazy so it stops functioning naturally.The best anti wrinkle treatment for your age is sun cream a minimum of factor SPF 15 daily-any dermatoloist will tell you the same.

you would be wasting your money and it would probably be too rich for a young skin and so give you spots. Just use a light moisturizer day and night and that will be more than adequate.

u would look better coz anti-wrinkle cream has high moisture content, but believe me the wrinkles would still come at the age u supposed to get them.

oh yes, something else that would happen would be that u’d be poorer from all the money spent on a product u don’t need for the next 20 yrs

Hun you don’t need anti-wrinkle creams at your age!! As Gems said just use sun block on your face everyday in the summer as 9/10 its sun damage that causes wrinkles and eat a healthy well balanced diet to keep you skin supple. If you want to improve the condition of your skin tho the body shop do this awesome vitamin c treatment. Its in a little jar and its little capsules of pure vitamin c that you apply directly to your skin. Gotta be better than eating loads of spinach! lol. But to be totally honest with you wrinkles, stretchmarks, acne and things like that are usually heriditary so if your mum is prone to wrinkles chances are you will be too i’m afraid. But really, you don’t need to worry about wrinkles at 16! Go out and have fun! xx

The real answer is the exact opposite of what most people have said so far.

Do not listen to anyone that tells you anti-wrinkle cream is not bad for you, it is! It does not replace anything that is lost over time, if it did, it would not be anti-wrinkle cream, it would be immortality cream.

Every time you put these creams on your skin, you are essentially filing in the holes in your face with lard, YES LARD. I make these things, and they have as much scientific credability as a John Prescott speach on fat free pies. They are designed to bloat your skin, which will inevitably lead to saggy jowels and cheecks much sooner in life than if you had eaten a healthy fruit and veg diet. Why do you think that soooo many women who have ‘looked after themselves’ with creams and unguents, end up having soooo much surgery later in life.

Liposome means ball of fat (lipo-fat, some-sphere).

I doubt this will do anything for you. Anti-wrinkle creams are meant to restore various things in the face that have been lost over time, such as elasticity. But if you’ve already got this elasticity, then it’ll do nothing for you. It won’t give you any more or less.

If you want to prevent signs of aging, however, you should wear sunblock. A previous post said that sun damage is responsible for 95% of all visible signs of aging, such as wrinkles, sun spots, skin damage. Wear sunblock then everytime you go out.

Also, eat healthily. Remember what you eat is what you are — quite literally. People who eat well, drink lots of water, will show it in their general health and their skin and bodies.

Also, at 16, you should be worrying about other things other than looking like you’re old. Maintaining your looks is only one small part of the equation to happiness. So, devote more time to finding inner sources of happiness and in growing, more so than you do with the way you look.

After you’ve done enough with your looks, then just let go and live and learn.

Try drinking lots of water , eating heathly , staying out of the sun, not smoking or drinking etc if you want to delay aging. Also you are 16, finish growing up then worry about getting old
